Position Description:

Positions in this function provide sales support and administrative services to non-employee sales producers such as broker agents, field marketing organizations, and independent contract agents. May administer programs and monitoring to ensure compliance with external agent credentialing. Acts as internal liaison and customer service resource for external producers relative to commission payments such as routine tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting issues relative to missing or disputed payments.

Primary Responsibilities:

Processing and maintaining commission payment records
Researching, analyzing and resolving commission payment issues
Responding to inquiries from agents and brokers

Qualifications

Qualifications:

2 years of customer service experience via the phone and email resolving client issues is required
1 year experience in managed care, finance/banking or healthcare required
Experience working with the Microsoft Office products is required (specifically Excel and Access)
High school diploma/ GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
