The Senior Clinical Trainer will have the opportunity to effect the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 25 Organization. This individual will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This could encompass training of Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process.

Positions in this function are primarily responsible for the effective delivery of training programs and project management for physician practices implementing CareTracker EHR. Keeps abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training medical office personnel on all applications of the EHR (physicians, physician extenders, nurses, medical assistants and front office staff)
  • Responsible for various types of training; web-based, limited on-site and classroom
  • Will be actively involved in the development of EHR recorded Webinars once adequate experience with application and recording tools are established
  • Will actively participate in the development of training programs to meet the need of the clinical module users, as well as existing Ingenix CareTracker staff
  • Will work closely with other members of the Implementation team to deliver coordinated training and implementations
  • Will be responsible for oversight of product installation and delivery
  • Will be responsible for development and oversight of project and implementation timeline for contracted provider offices
  • Will interact with several departments within Ingenix CareTracker to ensure a successful implementation and may be requested to support the sales cycle for clinical areas
  • Must be able to maintain records and data in a highly organized and confidential manner

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience in a clinical medical office setting
  • 2 years training experience
  • Intermediate level of skill with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of comparable experience
Assets:
  • CPC certification or Project Management certification
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with Web-Ex training
  • Experience with medical software
