Responsibilities:
The Sr. Director of Channel Development will be responsible for the optimization of current channel partnerships, as well as the development of new channel partnerships for Ingenix' Large Physician Practice Solutions business. As the alliance leader, this person will develop, maintain and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) alliance plans for all partners, with their success being measured by the revenue and profit growth of each partner. Further, this position will develop the businesses multi-year alliance plan, set the strategy for maximizing partner growth, and provide deal support and go-to-market plans for the implementation of new channel programs.
The position reports directly to the General Manager of the Large Physician Practice Solutions business, and will have virtual leadership responsibilities for essential internal constituents. Additionally, this position will interface with all internal & external senior executives to drive operational Go-To-Market plans.
Metrics
  • Create and maintain sales plans with Partners.
  • Achieve annual sales targets by Partner.
  • Advance internal and external executive relationships with assigned sponsors, and conduct regimented business reviews with all constituents.
  • Maintain existing Agreements and negotiate new Agreements with Partners.
  • Develop marketing and enablement plans in support of all go-to-market initiatives, and the advancement of uniquely branded partner solution offerings.
  • Capture and document joint customer wins, inclusive of executing internal and external PR plans.
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly performance reports.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Adept at understanding alliances in both consulting and software environments.
  • Knowledge of the technology solutions serving the Provider market, with an emphasis on Revenue Cycle Management.
  • Proven strategic planning, business development, and alliance team management experience with professional services, hardware and software alliances.
  • Experience managing an alliance portfolio, and a proven ability to build strong, successful alliances.
  • Demonstrated proficiency at alliance revenue creation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in HIT arena, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with executives, and industry experts.
  • Proven ability to work within a matrix environment e.g. strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Ability to drive change, and galvanize large cross-functional teams.

BA required
MBA preferred
