Responsibilities

Our diverse and collaborative team is looking for an experienced Citrix System Administrator with a current background in large enterprise Citrix environments to take us to the next level in Citrix technologies.

This position will be responsible for all aspects of our current Citrix environment and deploy new and advanced Citrix technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience with Citrix technologies to include Citrix Online, PVS, MCS, Appsense Application Manager, Storefront, Netscaler/ADC, and Citrix DaaS.

The Citrix System Administrator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Citrix environment that provides highly available bank operations. This position will provide change management and technical leadership in the configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, issue management and documentation of the entire Citrix environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Systems Administration and key business users to identify processes and operational areas to understand first hand system issues and provide solutions.
  • Support the full lifecycle of the Citrix on premise infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, build, deployment and administration of a migration to Citrix Online infrastructure.
  • Manage and resolve issues with VDisks (FSLogix and CPM containers), and provide direct support and problem resolution services to the Tech Support team.
  • Manage, administer and resolve issues with Citrix PVS (Provisioning Services).
  • Manage, administer and resolve issues with Citrix MCS (Machine Creation Services).
  • Manage, administer and resolve issues with Appsense Application Manager (application layering).
  • Manage, administer and resolve issues with Citrix Storefront and Netscaler/ADC.
  • Manage, administer and resolve issues with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
  • Co-manage Active Directory and GPO requirements with Systems Administration.
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, build, deployment and administration of a migration to Citrix DaaS.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise administration of Citrix on premise environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of enterprise administration of Citrix Online environment.
  • Proven advanced experience in managing VDisks (FSLogix and CPM containers) to include Exchange Online Cached Mode.
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise administration with PVS (Provisioning Services).
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise administration with MCS (Machine Creation Services).
  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise administration with Appsense Application Manager (application layering).
  • Minimum of 6 years of enterprise administration of Citrix Storefront and Netscaler/ADC.
  • Minimum of 6 years of enterprise administration with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
  • Minimum of 2 years of enterprise administration with Citrix DaaS solutions.
  • Proven Active Directory and GPO experience supporting a Citrix environment.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills: Established technical leadership in conjunction with strong interpersonal relations and communication skills. Analytical and problem solving involving multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in reading, writing and creating supporting enterprise Citrix documentation.

Education/Training: A degree in Computer Science or related discipline is desired but not required. Proven field experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable. This position is highly specialized to the Citrix ecosystem, so enterprise Citrix experience is the overriding requirement.

Location: This position is remote within the continental United States.
