Required Skills / Qualifications:
- 4+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise
- Experience with enablement work related to EAT (IT) and Finance processes.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Change Management or Business Management) or equivalent work experience.
- A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional.
- Handles ambiguity in stride and can be flexible in their approach.
- An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling.
- Consistent record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently.
- Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- SOX processes a plus.
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
