Job Description
|
* To work rotating shifts * To operate table in Finishing Mode * To understand the Theory of Finishing * Basic computer skills * The ability to construct and interpret JIBS. * To perform all tasks requested by Finishing Team Lead Group Leader and or Finishing Area Manager. * To perform minor maintenance work. |
* To have the ability to understand the Trailer Card for Finishing information and instructions. * To act as a mature, responsible member of the Finishing Team. * To work on Process Improvement upgrades. * To participate on various department groups or committees. * To work overtime as needed. |
