We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and PMP-certified IT Project Manager to lead our IT project teams in delivering innovative technology solutions across multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management, exemplary leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across the technology spectrum. If you have a proven track record of leading and managing large-scale IT projects and teams, then this is the role for you!

  • Plan, execute, and conclude multiple IT projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Define and clarify project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents for multiple IT projects.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel across various IT projects.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path for multiple IT projects.
  • Schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, ensuring optimal resource allocation across projects.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables for multiple IT projects, providing regular updates to all stakeholders.
  • Create and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for each IT project.
  • Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans for multiple IT projects.
  • Foster and develop business relationships critical to the success of the IT projects.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise in using project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices specific to IT.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale IT projects and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced IT environment.
