Overview

We serve a broad range of clients in government and industry, implementing complex projects from initial concept to operations.

TRC is looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. ServiceNow Developer who possesses an in-depth knowledge of managing and developing within an enterprise environment. Candidate will assist in leading administration, development, troubleshooting and acting as an escalation point. The manager will also research, design, implement, optimize, and maintain technical documentation.

A successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional technical, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. This person will be detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, and be able to effectively communicate with and share information within the IT organization and organization at large.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of ServiceNow, SharePoint and Power Platform developers.
  • Working with End Users in supporting our ServiceNow, SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
  • Troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, processes, and integrations.
  • Work within the parameters of a system development lifecycle.
  • Design and architect ServiceNow applications working with ServiceNow Studio.
  • Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc.
  • Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting of each (including Service Portal).
  • Support in the development of use cases and testing procedures, ensuring product functionality, debugging, and testing are completed prior to production deployment.
  • Drive discussions as needed with business stakeholders regarding best practices, troubleshooting and escalations.

  • Expert research, analytical, and problem-resolution skills
  • Work independently, self-directed, and self-motivated

Education & Training

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certification preferred.
