Job Description:


As a Parking Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parking facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating parking services and implementing strategies to enhance the overall parking experience for our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze competitors/complete rate surveys
  • Research area events and upload event schedules through our online platform
  • Review/update/create various functions on multiple websites, including utilizing MailChimp for email blasts, posting on social media sites, and updating 3rd party vendor sites, including but not limited to
  • Spothero, Parkwhiz, & our company platform OTC.
  • Communicate with existing and potential new clients to understand their current parking needs/create widgets on their websites.
  • Duties as assigned

Operational Oversight:

  • Assist the accounting team in general reporting functions
  • Offer assistance when needed to the operations teams (during busy periods, you may need to work in the elements to assist with traffic flow, especially during college commencements in the spring)
  • Ability to walk the garages from time to time to check signage needs

Customer Service:

  • Offer assistance when needed to the customer service team (answering phones, signing up permit holders, selling coupons). Our busiest time is the month of September with new students.
  • Interact with customers to address concerns and provide assistance.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and support to the parking team.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on parking utilization and revenue.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific parking requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in parking management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of parking technologies and systems.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
