Locana, recently acquired by TRC, is looking for a GIS Consultant - Testing Manager to lead GIS testing on a large GIS implementation project through all phases. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in GIS testing, advise clients on industry best practices, and lead testing efforts.

Working with client teams to review solution and data requirements and develop test plans

* Creating test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to support delivery of the GIS solution

* Work with platform and data teams to clearly identify, triage, and track defects

* Maintain and communicate reports of defects by severity, application, release, and other categories

* Work with other vendor teams to support deliver of the GIS solution

5+ years consulting or management experience

* Strong experience of test cycle management, including test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting

* Capability to translate business and solution requirements into test scripts

* Experience in the use of GIS solutions including functional knowledge of leading-edge Esri ArcGIS technology (ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Mobile)

* Preferred experience with the ArcGIS Utility Network

* Preferred experience in gas or electric utility industry

* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to guide an audience using clear, concise communication techniques

* Ability to travel up to 25%
