Finance Manager (Insights / Analytics)

Your Role:

Hands on role, giving you an opportunity to work cross-functionally with leaders, including C-Suite professionals, to impact and drive our business and values ! Opportunity for input on advancements with automation / simplification of processes.

*Generate KPIs and variance/trend reports that drive business insights -transfer to Core Reporting for regular cadence publishing once stood up

*Perform ad-hoc quantitative analysis / financial modelling to support key strategic planning and operational decision making

*Develop a consistent approach to commercial sales pursuits-ensuring a standardized approach to business case development and effective mechanism to measure associated KPIs

*Deliver ongoing customer and program profitability analysis-developing reporting mechanisms that provide in-year and lifetime profitability insights

*Drive strategic initiatives through a combination of business partnering, analytical insight, and project management

*Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of planning & analysis activities

*Support the development and implementation of tools/systems to support automated reporting and automate/simplify FP&A processes where applicable

*Drive budgeting process including engagement with business stakeholders and iterations of overall budget reporting

*Leverage analytics to provide supportive forecasting insights to the BUs to support the ongoing development and management of budget/forecasts

*Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

*BS Degree in Finance or Accounting

*Solid understanding of commercial, financial and accounting concepts

*5+ years of experience with finance analytics

*Experience leading others

*Strong analytical skills. Tools such as Altryx, SAP, Salesforce and HFM are a plus

*Strong capability using MS Excel

*Highly motivated -able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

*Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

*Consulting experience is a plus
