Duty/Responsibility | Washing and sanitizing soiled dishware, pots, and pans. Return clean items to their proper storage location. Monitor 3 bay sink and dish machine water temperature and chemical levels, adjusting as necessary. |

Duty/Responsibility | Maintaining UNH and DHHS standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the shift, including garbage waste, food waste, floors, walls, surfaces, glass, and equipment. Reporting equipment malfunctions and needed repairs to supervisors. Proper cleanliness and sanitation of dish machine between and after service periods, including pulper assignments to support our sustainability mission. |

Duty/Responsibility | Maintain a level of flexibility to address departmental needs, including changes in work area, operation, or assigned duties within Hospitality Services. Willingness to alter schedule temporarily if needed to support a high level of guest service. Working with co-workers and student employees in a respectful and well-mannered way as required by the UNH Hospitality Handbook. Perform other duties as assigned. |
