Acara Solutions is looking for a Manufacturing Assoicate for our client in the Portsmouth, NH area
The Manufacturing Associate will perform various tasks that may include screen printing, cutting glass based on specification, operate a grinding machine, inspect and pack final product, as well as wrap customer specific microscope slides.
Essential Functions:
- Load and unload pieces of glass
- Operate a variety of manual and automated printing, cutting, grinding, and wrapping machines while following safety protocol
- Use hand operated power and manual material moving equipment
- Follow technical drawings for customer specifications
- Identify and remove defective product
- Use measuring devices to ensure proper dimensions
- Required to meet daily production targets
- Support and participate in continuous improvement projects
- Engage in safety-related activities
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma or GED
